Guys sometimes life kicks us around like rocks. The rain makes us a little muddy. Someone leaves out your milk. When you are being kicked, or you are muddy, or your milk has spoiled, you can feel down, and in the moment, you can feel pretty bad about things. While feeling bad may help us process in the moment, staying sad for too long can make us unproductive. So its important you dont neglect the basics. Make sure you eat enough food, get enough water, and do things to make youreself comfortable moving forward. Do things like make your bed, and tidy your spaces, and making sure your nurishing yourself, and affirming, to you, that, people who kick rocks are just mad about something else, and that rain makes you muddy, but rain grows flowers. That the spilled milk was inconvenient, but i can rise above this challenge. Hey Guys it's Flow, I want to talk about anger. We all get angry, but what do we do when it seems like our anger is boiling over, and becoming unproductive? I'm not gonna lie I've been pretty angry for one reason or another and honestly, pretty unproductively angry, so what can I do to move past my anger? I guess it's just important to stop and breathe, maybe lower body temperature, exercise, or even write about what makes you angry, and address it. When we get angry we are often vulnerable or insecure, and we shouldn't need to be ashamed of that. Obviously we should protect our peace, but maybe we can protect other people's peace too, others peace doesn't belong to us, and maybe just separating from the situation is best. Take time for yourself and ask, is this negative feeling worth holding on to. Remember that you are human and it's okay to feel, that it's gonna happen sometimes.
