Do you ever feel impatient? What can we do when we're in go mode even though we need to slow down? Being impatient can affect our day-to-day lives, leaving projects unfinished and attention scattered. When impatience starts to hurt us, a deep breath and a pause can help. Tell yourself it's okay not to be in a rush, and let your book pages turn slowly. This is Theaofi.

Cole Allen will remain behind bars after attempting to enter a public gathering with a gun while the president was present. Scientists are going missing, and we don’t know why. This troubling reality suggests science is under attack. I pray science stays on its toes, keeps its head on a swivel, and its beakers hot. The world does not need more mad scientists. Shame.

What AI Thinks
Ai what should i do if im trying toi leave a toxic relationship? "Prioritize your safety first. If you feel unsafe, reach out to a trusted friend, family member, or local support service. Set clear boundaries and decide what you need. Write down the reasons you want out so you can remind yourself when it feels hard. Get support. Talk with someone you trust, a counselor, or a domestic abuse hotline if the relationship involves emotional, verbal, or physical harm. Make a plan before you leave. Know where you can go, how you’ll get there, and what you need to take with you. Take care of yourself afterward. Ending a toxic relationship is hard, and it’s okay to seek help as you recover."
Today
Hey guys, it’s Flow. My week has been good — I’ve been very productive. I got my license, not because I’m a kid, but because I didn’t have one. Being productive in society is hard, and I lost my first license to drinking, which is a huge no‑no. It cost me wasted time, a car, a few thousand in effort, and even more in insurance. I could have died or killed someone, and that’s nobody’s right. I’m still paying for this to this day, but five years later, I can finally get behind the wheel to take care of my own responsibilities — something I feel like I needed to earn, and something I’m grateful for. When it comes to drinking, it’s very powerful, and it’s important to remember to stay safe — which is a bittersweet irony — and certainly important not to drive. Everyone on the road is a loved one to someone, and some things can’t be taken back.
