Hi It's Saturday, March, 28th, god guys, it's been a really boring week. maybe im crazy i feel like a lot of us got spoild with a taste of warm summer weather, then it was gone. I don't know about you but that left me so drained. I can't exspress enought how much i was messed up. Anyway we have things to talk about and news to sort, so lets get to it, This is Theaofi
Development and Wellness
Okay guys, so we are doing something a little different this week, as we are changing markets to Development and Wellness. When going through day-to-day life, we can get weighed down by the weight of little things that pile up. First, you don't do dishes, then your homework is undone, then you're getting in trouble and doing useless stuff on your phone that does not benefit your life. When you wake up in the morning, it can be helpful to try and get yourself into a set routine—make bed/breakfast/brush teeth—so that once you reach your goals in the morning, there is a moment where you can say, 'I did it.' That moment is so important; it leaves you prepared and ready for your next task. Whether that’s out the door to start the process over, at a desk to achieve a goal, or maybe you're going to a friend's house and now you can impress your friends with your story of triumph—and that's what it's all about. This is Theaofi.
Crime
Guys, crime is bad. When crime rears its rotten head, people left in the wake are nearly never better off. Whether it's stolen items, or broken property, or physical harm, when crime is at your door, you are almost never in a good mood. It's as if the worst flavor of uncertainty itself has arrived. Not a knock—a pound and kicking, crashing as your door caves. The same door that keeps your family, self, and sanctuary safe has failed, and now you are in a situation you certainly did not want to be in, and it's not good news. We are plunged into high stress, and primitive defense mechanisms take over as we try to take control of the situation. Often we are left with trauma and are left processing the danger long after these situations are over. These types of encounters wake us to the idea that our sanctuaries are not as safe as we thought. This invites instability and doubt in our safety net, and de-escalating these feelings can take a long time. So don't do crime. Gosh, assume you are less safe than you are and take preventative measures like adding cameras and warnings. Life is unpredictable, and staying safe can be tough, so make strong positive connections with your neighbors. Try to remember that everyone is going through stuff and use that as ammo to keep an open mind to positivity. You can never predict bad situations, but you can make your safety nets more capable of keeping you safe if the need arises. This is Theaofi.
News
The Senate has approved funds for TSA so that travel can continue like normal and TSA workers can get a check at the end of the week. This is Great, when people go to work, they do it for a pay check, some people are lucky enough to love what they do, but to work without pay? we are thankful to all of the TSA workers responsible for trying to keep travel an option for us while government funding was haulted. When jobs go unfunded, and workers go home unpaid they show up to work hungry bills pile up, and this is really unfair for workers who depen on their job. Often in cases like this workers may show up to work hungry and that may even go as far to impact the work quality itself, and things can go wrong. Not good. A new COVID variant, named by experts 'Cicada-COVID' because of its stealthy pass through the immune system. Weird if you ask me, but COVID Cicada. We don't know much about COVID Cicada, whether it may be deadly or how infectious it is, but experts have their noses up.
Pop Culture
Stephen Colbert is going to co-write a new lord of the rings movie, we asked gemini about it, "There are currently two major live-action films in development following the release of the anime film The Lord of the Rings: The War of the Rohirrim in December 2024. 1. The Lord of the Rings: The Hunt for Gollum This is the first of the new live-action projects and is scheduled for release on December 17, 2027. Director & Cast: Andy Serkis is set to both direct and reprise his iconic role as Gollum. Plot: The film is a prequel to the original trilogy, set during the 17-year gap between Bilbo’s birthday party and the Mines of Moria. It will focus on the "untold" hunt for Gollum by Gandalf and Aragorn to keep the One Ring's location secret from Sauron. Returning Stars: Ian McKellen has officially confirmed his return as Gandalf. Both Orlando Bloom (Legolas) and Elijah Wood (Frodo) have expressed strong interest or have been approached, though official casting for these and the role of Aragorn is still being finalized. 2. The Lord of the Rings: Shadows of the Past (Working Title) Announced on March 25, 2026, this second film is in early development. Creative Team: In a surprise announcement, Stephen Colbert is co-writing the script with his son, Peter McGee, and series veteran Philippa Boyens. Plot: The story is reportedly a sequel set 14 years after Frodo’s departure from Middle-earth. It follows Sam, Merry, and Pippin as they retrace their original journey. Simultaneously, it will adapt six chapters from The Fellowship of the Ring that were never used in the original movies—specifically from "Three is Company" to "Fog on the Barrow-downs," featuring characters like Tom Bombadil. Release: There is currently no official release date, but it is intended to follow The Hunt for Gollum." Thanks Gemini.
What AI Thinks
After one month of war between Iran, Isreal, and the US, pushes for talks to stop this are a goal for all, Gemini,is this good? "In short, while the "push for talks" is a necessary off-ramp, experts caution that talks about peace is not the same as peace itself. The next 10 days leading up to the April 6 deadline will likely determine if this diplomatic window leads to a ceasefire or a new, more intense phase of the war." Thanks Gemini.
Today
Hey guys, it's Flow. I hope you guys had a good week. If you didn't have a good week, I'm sure next week will be fantastic. Guys, sometimes we have responsibilities. Some responsibilities we love—e.g., picking up our check, hugging our kids, and cooking our favorite meals. But some of our responsibilities are not fun: cleaning nasty messes, spending money, the part you do before picking up a check. If you have responsibilities, you know the ups and downs of being an adult, and I just want you guys to know you can still find help; help will always be available. Whether you reach out to a friend for help, or you join a community like peer support, a gym, or a hobbyist club, or maybe you buy something that makes day-to-day life easier—it's important to know that help is available. If you're struggling at work, tell your boss you need something to make work life easier, or maybe you need help cleaning the house and you ask your best friend to help in exchange for hanging out a little... it's okay to look for help. You'll be asking for help all your life; you did when you were young, and it's okay to reach into that wellspring and be that young learner who needs help again. You'll find out that the child in you was onto something the whole time.
